Youth Inspired Philanthropy (YIP) Project Application

The YIP Project Program is an exciting opportunity for youth to use their creativity, compassion, and love of their community to make a difference. S

This form captures all the information needed to submit an application for a YIP project. Each participant must also sign a media release (download version is available here,) and we recommend that you review the guidelines and expense worksheet on the website. If you have questions, contact information for our program leaders is available in the guidelines document.

To apply for the YIP program, every team member should bring or be prepared to sign a media release at the presentation event. You may also email a photo of the signed document or a PDF version to info@keithcountyfoundation.org.  Click here for a copy: Media Release Form Link

The following questions are your chance to tell us what you want to do to make your community a better place.

If you have supporting documents for your application, upload below. Use the first box for documents such as PDFs, MS Office documents, Apple documents. If you will be submitting an image (JPG/JPED, PNG, GIF, BMP, HEIC, TIF) use the second upload box.

If your project benefits a group, you must have permission from that group to complete your project BEFORE you turn in this application. An example would be talking to the Senior Center before you plan to bake cookies for them. If this applies to you, who did you speak to?

**You may also need permission if you need to use an organization’s space or need their help. For example, if you need a teacher and a classroom to complete your project. 

Determining expenses ahead of time will make your project flow more smoothly and will help you ask for what you need and how you will spend the YIP project money. Please list the items, description, quantity, and cost below. Click here for the Expense Worksheet.

All applications, along with the completed media release and consent form and supporting documentation, must be submitted by the dates listed in the guidelines on the website.
